The house Is located in the wonderful area of Kanalia. Only a 100 meters distance from the sea provides a magnificent view of the sea, the windmills and little venice. The internal and external spaces are drawn with the traditional style of architecture that characterizes the island of Mykonos while offering the beholder the opportunity to enjoy all his comforts while on vacation. The parking includes 6 spots.

The building is plotted on a land of 5700 sqm while the villa offers a total of 600 m2. Separated in two levels the ground floor accommodates sitting rooms, dining room, a kitchen and a WC. At the lower level there is an indoor pool styled with cave elements accompanied by a lounge area. There is a bathroom too. There are 7 bedrooms in total all en-suite and two bedrooms for staff members that can be used on request.

All rooms provide air-conditioning. All the cabinets and wardrobes are handmade by a respected wood carpenter. All spaces of the villa are decorated with a traditional method of cement powder finish coloured in a light grey colour. The outdoor area consists of a large swimming pool with three handmade sunbeds in it. The majority of the furniture is handmade, designed and constructed by various professionals. There is everyday cleaning for the price. Towels and sheets are available for the clients. All of them include the very special logo of the house.
