Which areas of Chania are your villas in?
Our luxury villas in Chania are privately owned homes in and around Chania, Crete, in Akrotiri, Pithari, Pazinos and Saint Marina. Most are in Akrotiri, including Villa Menia, Villa Only View and Villa Artemis, which is 15 minutes from Chania Old Town with views over Souda Bay. Villa Thrysus is in Pithari, Villa Bay in Pazinos and Villa Aro in Saint Marina, a short stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants.
Do your villas in Crete have a private pool?
Most of them do. Villa Aro and Villa Cavo each have two private pools, Villa Thrysus has two heated pools, Villa Only View has a 175 m² main pool and a 52 m² pool that can be heated on request, and Villa Menia has a private infinity pool. How many guests can a Chania villa sleep?
From up to 8 guests at Villa Blue in Akrotiri, which has 4 bedrooms, to up to 16 at Villa Bay in Pazinos, which has 8. Villa Menia sleeps up to 14 in 7 bedrooms, and Villa Only View, Villa Cavo and Villa Aro sleep up to 12 in 6 bedrooms. Bedrooms and guest capacity are different measures, so tell us how your group will share rooms and we will check the layout.
Can you arrange concierge services with a Chania villa?
