The Truman Collection travel-advisor referral programme is a partner route for advisors who refer clients to our Mykonos villas and Chania villas. Help your clients compare villas in Mykonos and Chania, then plan the stay around the selected home. Private chefs, transfers, yacht experiences and in-villa wellness can be requested alongside accommodation, subject to suitability, local availability and separate quotation. Dubai and Miami villa enquiries remain on request.

1. Introduce your business

Tell us your business name, professional contact details, public website if available, the destinations you cover and the kinds of stays you arrange. Keep client names, passports, banking details and sensitive information out of the first message.

2. Agree the referral terms

Commissions are individually negotiated. Before a commission-bearing referral is accepted, agree the eligible bookings, fee or rate, calculation basis, attribution window, cancellation adjustments and payment conditions in writing. Truman confirms accepted referrals; an enquiry alone creates no agreement or commission entitlement.

3. Send a trip brief

Share the destination, dates or flexibility, guest count, bedroom needs, approximate budget and optional services. Use the partner and referral references provided for the accepted arrangement. We can discuss a villa shortlist and the information needed for an appropriate client handoff.

4. Quote, book and reconcile

Availability, inclusions, prices and booking conditions are confirmed in the proposal. Referral compensation follows the accepted written terms and the reconciled booking position. A brief, a quote or a deposit is not a commission payment; changes, cancellations and refunds are handled under the agreed terms.

For advisors and celebration planners

Discuss individual stays, private groups, honeymoons and guest accommodation around a celebration. Overnight guest capacity does not establish event permission. Venue use, event attendance, suppliers and any additional charges require separate confirmation.

How are referral commissions agreed?

Villa stays in Mykonos and Chania, with private chefs, transfers, yacht experiences and in-villa wellness available on request and quoted separately. Dubai and Miami villa enquiries remain on request.

What group sizes can the villas accommodate?

Our villas in Mykonos and Chania range from 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests at Villa Casa del Lupo to 11 bedrooms for up to 22 guests at Villa Aegeas. Bedrooms and guest capacity are different measures, and overnight guest capacity does not establish event permission.
