It depends on what you want to be close to. Psarou and Agios Lazaros sit above the island’s best known beach clubs and are the most sought after for sea views and privacy. Mykonos Town, or Chora, puts you within walking distance of Little Venice, the windmills and the nightlife. Ornos and Kanalia are calmer and quick to reach town, which suits families and larger groups. Aleomandra and Fanari face west and are chosen for open Aegean views and sunsets. Elia and Kalo Livadi are quieter, with wide sandy beaches.

Distances on Mykonos are short but the roads are narrow and busy in August, so a villa that looks ten minutes from town on a map can take longer in high season. Yes. Every villa shown on this page has its own pool. Villa The Cove, Villa Faros, Villa Horizon Blu, Villa Ariadne’s Mitos and Villa 3 have private heated pools, Villa 1 has both an outdoor and an indoor pool, and the 80 m² infinity pool at Villa Casa del Lupo can be heated. From up to 6 guests at Villa Casa del Lupo in Lino, Platis Gialos, which has 3 bedrooms, to up to 22 at Villa Aegeas in Ornos, which has 11. Villa 2 in Ornos sleeps up to 20 in 10 bedrooms and Villa Blue Diamond in Kalo Livadi up to 18 in 9, while most of the others sleep 10 to 15.
