DESCRIPTION

Villa Artemis is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom & 300 sq.m. luxury villa beautifully designed with every detail in mind truly a home away from home meets vacation and is suitable for 10 guests in beds. The two additional guests can be accommodated in a rollaway bed and a sofa bed.

Villa Artemis overlooks Souda Bay with a charming mountain & sea view. Located in the premium real estate Akrotiri area with just 8 km or 10 minute drive to full of life Loutraki Beach and only 15 minute drive to the Old Town of Chania.

The amenities of the villa include a large heated pool, BBQ area, and large outdoor area. Perfectly landscaped areas can be easily used for outdoor activities. It is a perfect accommodation for those who wish to also work while away as the bedrooms offer comfortable dedicated work space. For in-depth layout see below.

GROUND FLOOR

As you enter Villa Artemis you are presented with a small foyer which leads to an expansive living room area separated in two: dining and living/kitchen areas. Directly from the foyer – dining room area includes a custom made wood dining table for 12 guests. Further to the right of the dining area is a sectional large sofa 65 inch TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is connected to the living room space separated by a breakfast bar. Kitchen offers excellent functional space for family and/or chef catered dinner.

The kitchen offers direct access to the outdoor barbecue area with a table for 4 guests which is separate from the second outdoor dining area which accommodates 12.

Living room and dining areas both offer access to the outdoor areas through large sliding doors.

GROUND LEVEL

Bedroom 1
On the ground floor is the first bedroom which includes a King size bed 1,60 x 2,00, full wall wardrobe, 32” TV & A/C unit. A spacious marble bathroom with a glass shower is next to the bedroom.

UPPER LEVEL

On this floor is located a kitchenette which includes: washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, small fridge, coffee maker and a teapot.

Bedroom 2
Master ensuite bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a walk-in closet with floor to ceiling wardrobe, a super King size bed 1,80 x 2,00 and dual purpose dressing table or work area. Also in the bedroom includes a 32” TV, A/C unit, a private balcony with seating and with a seaview.

Bedroom 3
The bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can become a King size bed 1,80 x 2,00 with prior notice, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a 32” HDTV, wardrobe, office space and a private balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 4
The bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a shower, A/C unit, a 32” TV, wardrobe, and a private balcony with seating.

Bedroom 5
Finally the fifth bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a wardrobe and a 32” TV, A/C unit and open bathroom with a bathtub.
